South Africa has seen a continuing boom in public and private sector investment from around the world. There are growing opportunities and potential in everything from IT to agriculture and now the film industry. The demand for housing continues to rise and new housing developments are springing up all over South Africa. Banking institutions are offering homeloans with diversity and that are tailor made to consumer needs. This situation will continue to intensify as a new private-public venture goes forward to build a multimillion rand film studio outside of Cape Town. This is expected to create thousands of jobs in construction alone over the next few years.
