It’s nice to have someone supporting you before an audition urging you to do well. I phoned up my friend before an audition the other day because the audition was running late. I was telling him that I’d be late for our appointment which I scheduled half an hour after the audition.

My friend is really easy going and knows what show business is like and he was fine with it. In fact he was more than fine with it, he turned into a kind of mentor for me and was encouraging me before the audition.

He was giving me some last dancing tips before I went in like to be myself and not worry about it too much. I hope that everyone is lucky enough to have friends who support them in their goals.

There is a rather large group of us that own our own guitars. The number of people that can actually play them is much, and I mean much, smaller. There are probably two in the group that look like they know what they were doing. We have tried to learn from each other and it works out to be a classic case of the blind leading the blind. I knew that if I was really going to learn guitar I needed to find a better way to do it. Learning from a DVD was never so easy nor so rewarding.

I was talking about music with a friend of mine the other day, and he started going on and on about Lil Wayne, saying that he was his favorite artist and he had a lot of really good songs on his latest album. I can’t recall what songs I might know by him, so I was wondering where I could find out more about him. What is his most popular song? I am trying to figure out whether or not I like him as well. I usually don’t pay too much attention to who sings a song, I just listen to the song and decide if I like it.

Reality television is a major business these days so a show called “Nashville Star was formed to search out country music singers that could be the next big performer. It is similar to American Idol in that the contestants have to sing different styles of songs that they can choose and that the judges choose for them. Each week, a singer gets kicked off because they did not have enough votes from the public poll and this keeps taking place until they get down to the very last singer who is named that years Nashville Star. That singer then goes on to record more music in hopes to become a big time country singer.

Quite recently novels in local malls have taken a bit of a nose dive with regard to sales. And the #1 reason for this could be attributed to the rise of online novels. More and more people are downloading novels online, they are free/cheap, they are convenient and they aren’t cumbersome. With the price of PDF readers falling, and more and more hand held palm devices now include a PDF reader, people are not buying as many hard cover physical books. Why would you carry a chunky book around when you could get hundreds of them on your PDA, laptop, or Pocket PDF reader.Check out www.online-novels.org for online novels and ebooks.

When we were kids, my parents made sure that we were exposed in the arts. So we would always frequent museums, watch ballets, watch plays, etc. Back then, I knew that paintings, some vases and others were expensive and we should always be careful whenever we were in museums.  We were always in our best behavior. Besides, the ambience dictates that. And parents never needed to hush or call the attention of their kids.  Even back then, it will be instilled in you that art is precious and it should be revered.

People who Invest In Art take care of their art and some make sure that it is well-guarded. Some who buy valuable paintings display it at home. Others keep it at a safe for fear of somebody stealing them.  Different strokes for different folks.

There are tons of places to get fit in London, literally hundreds in fact, but for me it has to be the one I came upon only last week. Its It’s a wonderful complex, complete with dance-studios, free weights, fitness classes, and plenty more besides. I joined on a weekly basis, and have to say, it’s been worth it already. They have so much to offer, sometimes you forget you are there to graft, and get fit.Its amazing to me how something so great can cost not much at all.I found thgem simply enough, I just typed "North London gym" into Ask.com, and Voila!Excellent

If you are a big doll collector, you probably have your favorite doll that you collect. I mean some people collect Cabbage Patch Dolls and other people prefer porcelain dolls, but there are some people who just like any of the antique dolls pre 1930. If you are one of these people, you probably have your favorite places to check out, but have you seen them all? You have probably keep tabs on your local antique stores and a few of the online sellers that you have bookmarked, but what about the new sellers on the internet? Believe it or not, there are actually many people on the internet that offer the pre 1930?s antique dolls for sale.

I got my first tattoo before they became as popular as they are today. Now that every single girl has something drawn with ink on her lower back, they seem really cheap. My flower tattoos were so beautiful when I first got the work done. Now they are just fading away. There is still the outline of the flowers and you can certainly still tell what they are, but the bright colors are gone. What was once vibrant and clear is now faded and a little bit smeared. I know this is from the skin changing through time, but it still makes me really sad.

My husband and I have four kids and twp full time jobs so it is kind of hard to get out and have a date night or something like that so we set up special times to watch tv together. We are both into reality tv shows and since we both like fox reality tv shows like Hell’s Kitchen we stay up and watch these types of shows together. It is at least one thing that we can take time to do with each other. If we didn’t see one another at least this much we would probably go crazy.

The many ways that lighting can be used has always fascinated me. I have signed up for some online interior design courses and one of them is a lighting class. For some reason I always make bad choices when it comes to lighting. Sometimes I do not have enough lighting in a space and other times the lighting I choose looks to harsh and bright. I want to lean about up lighting and diffused lighting. How can I use lighting to make a space feel bigger or set a mood for a space… I have so many questions about lighting.

Every year on our birthdays my dad would line the birthday boy up against the wall and put a mark where the top of the head reached. We would then put the day and the year beside it. Over the years in that house we developed a very meaningful collection of kids wall art. When we moved from that house day copied the heights on butcher paper and moved our growth history to the new house. The tradition continued until we felt we were too old to do it any more. I am sure if it was up to my parents we would have never stopped.
