Exercising long enough to get rid of belly fat
Dieting plays a key role in managing and losing weight, but it’s not the only method that should be used. To ensure you’re getting a well rounded weight loss plan exercise should be included. When you’re trying to burn belly fat, often you’re trying to get rid of those last few stubborn pounds that just won’t go away. You cannot spot check where you lose fat from on your body, unfortunately fat burns from all over when you do burn it. So the best method to get rid of excess belly fat is with cardiovascular exercise. Be sure to work out consistently for about 60 minutes if you can. The first 20 minutes doesn’t actually burn any fat, rather it uses up stored glycogen in your muscles for energy, then switches over to burning fat.
