It’s more then just relaxation we get when we spend time in saunas. While most of us think of health clubs when we think sauna more and more homes in America are building their own sauna rooms, buying pre built sauna, or getting portable saunas they can use on the road and in any room of there house.

How ever in recent studies sauna have been shown to provide similar benefits to exercise due to the increased heart rate.
